PRODUCTION

The factory producing TANTUM QUERCUS boards is located in Cheboksary, Chuvash Republic, Russia, and is equipped with modern, high-performance machinery from leading global manufacturers.

To ensure proper drying processes, the factory uses convectional kiln chambers from INCOMAC Srl (Italy). The technical processing of the boards is carried out on the HYDROMAT 23 by MICHAEL WEINIG AG (Germany). Finishing processes are performed on Italian machinery from COSTA LEVIGATRICI Srl, while milling operations are conducted using LEITZ tools.

It should be noted that the factory’s existing capacities allow for both the exploration and implementation of various technologies in floor design, as well as the ability to mass-produce newly developed patterns and designs.
